My name is Samantha Rosiles, and I am a clinical psychologist.
I support people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, breakups, or major life decisions, and who are seeking to understand what they are going through, learn to manage their emotions, and make positive changes.
I work with both men and women, with a special focus on supporting women in matters of mental health and emotional well-being.
I am a psychologist with a degree from UNAM, where I graduated with honors.
I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, and couples therapy. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
My approach is evidence-based and focused on generating clear, sustainable, and practical changes in daily life.
